York's longest established and best loved family festival is back!

Once again, Jorvik Radio have teamed with the organisers of Mothership Fesitval to give the chance for one lucky, local band to perform on stage this June.

With thousands in attendance, Mothership Festival will see the return of some audience favourites alongside new bands, plus one act that will be determined by Jorvik Radio's Battle Of The Bands.

So, if you're a local band and want the chance to play some original music, of any genre, why not enter? The only criteria is that you must be a local band (based in / around York) and are free to perform on 30th June 2024.

Once we have all the entrants, we'll chat to you on air and even play your song(s) on Jorvik Radio - a great opportunity to promote your music - and then the public will vote for who they want to see perform at this year's Mothership Festival, it couldn't be easier!
