A group of friends from York are setting out to cycle coast to coast on a tandem bike in support of men’s mental health and are aiming to raise £10,000. Organised by Mason Hughes and Bradley Mulhearn, who work at the bike shop Recycle York on Walmgate, the plan is to cycle from Tynemouth to Whitehaven in under 36 hours. The aim of the challenge is to raise money for the men’s mental health charity York Menfulness. The bike ride will commence on Monday 8 July.
