An interactive family attraction aiming to create ‘more magical experiences’ for residents and visitors will open in York this summer. The Potions Academy will enable people to become witches and wizards and take part in a unique potions-making masterclass. The Potions Academy is the latest venture from the Potion Cauldron Group, which already runs The Potions Cauldron on Shambles and the Hole In Wand golf attraction on Coppergate. It will also have a broom-flying video experience which will let people fly through the city swerving key landmarks. The Potions Academy is set to open on Shambles in July.
