York Pride is North Yorkshire’s most popular Pride event and is returning once again to York Racecourse on 3rd June 2023. More details to follow.
There will also be ‘Cruising down the Ouse’ on Sunday 4th June in partnership with City Cruises York which is the official closing party for the pride weekend. ‘Outrageous’ which used to be a staple event in the community on Friday evenings, will make a return for one night only and work is going on behind the scene for the return of another past favourite!
York Pride are keen with work with other organisations and businesses across the city and are already supporting York Festival of Ideas who are hosting many LGBTQIA+ talks and performances as part of their festival in June and also Barley Hall and York Castle Museum as part of LGBT+ History Month.
