Prepare to meet the infamous faces of York’s dark past including notorious witch Isabella Billington, Guy Fawkes – although he might have been caught underneath the Houses of Parliament, his story began in York. Finally you’ll face the infamous highwayman – Dick Turpin. Step inside the darkened carriage and be sure to hold on to your valuables!
The York Dungeon is open from 10am – 5pm from 11th – 18th February. The Dungeon offers the perfect opportunity to keep families entertained over Half Term, by spending quality time together whilst enjoying our live actors, special effects, and educational stories about York’s murky past!
