Appeal after York robbery

North Yorkshire Police are appealing for witnesses and information following a robbery in York.

The robbery took pace in the Tang Hall area of York at around 9pm on Monday the 4th of September and involved three men believed to be in their 30s or 40s.

The three men are believed to have fled the scene in a black vehicle.

The police are mainly wanting witnesses to answer the following questions:

Were you in the Tang Hall Lane area of York at around 9pm on Monday, 4 September?

Could you have witnessed the robbery?

Police did arrest a man in his 40s in connection with the incident and he has been bailed while enquiries are ongoing.
