An appeal has been made for the public to help find  5 year old Simba, a vulnerable young Staffy who went missing on Tuesday 28th February.

Simba, is a 5 year old small tan staffy with a white chest and he escaped through a hole in the garden, on Gower Road, Dringhouses YO24, on Tuesday 28th Feb at around 10pm.  He was seen running up the road but has not been seen since.  Police are aware of his disappearance and Network Rail have checked rail tracks in the area.

There have been possible sightings in the Acomb area.  He is microchipped with a missing alert on his chip.  Simba had the Parvovirus as a pup and as a consequence he is very tiny as well as having a compromised immune system.

Beauty's Legacy Reuniting Lost and Stolen Animals and Promoting Animal Welfare (Registered Charity No: 1194186) are assisting the owner to try and find much loved Simba.

A reward is being offered for any informaion leading to his safe return.  If you think you have seen Simba or have any information that may help find him you can confidentially call Beauty's Legacy on 07866 026343 - you can remain anonmous if you wish.

Search #findsimba and follow his campaign on social media.
