Come and share the true spirit of Christmas and join Cantar Community Choir for their annual Carol Concert.
This year they are returning to St Michael le Belfrey after a three-year break and have called their concert – Christmas Joy ! celebrating all that is good about Christmas and giving everyone a much-needed lift.
"We’ll be singing carols, old favourites with one or two less familiar ones, some popular seasonal classics and there will also be some Christmas readings. So why not take a break from shopping to join us and get into the mood for the festivities"
The concert starts at 2pm (doors open from 1.30pm). Tickets will be available on the door at £5 each (cash only) which includes refreshments. Children are free of charge.
All ticket money will be shared between two charities – York Food Bank and Martin House Children’s Hospice.
