The council want your opinion on the development of Acomb Front Street.
City of York Council are urging local people to have their say on the second phase of the development of Acomb Front Street. The Council are working in partnership with local residents, businesses and the wider community to share and test new ideas to enhance the high street and make it more accessible.
This push follows the high street's negative publicity last year when 138 bollards were installed under the Lib Dem and Green Council which received immediate backlash from the public. The current Labour Council have pledged to reconsider this, as well as other areas for improvement.
