National Cinema Day is back this Saturday, with many places in York and across the UK slashing the price of cinema tickets for the day.
On the 2nd of September tickets to see a mix of new release films such as Barbie and Oppenheimer as well as much loved classics will only be £3, with special offers on food and snacks too.
The day helps to promote people to start visiting the cinema again , in a world were streaming has taken over.
