Jimmy 'The Whirlwind' White visits The Olive Tree.
Snooker champion, Jimmy ‘The Whirlwind’ White was in York for the MrQ Championships hosted at York Barbican last week. Jimmy and his guests dined at the Mediterranean restaurant, The Olive Tree on Tower Street; the restaurant says Jimmy loves the view of Clifforf’s Tower and is conveniently near to the Castle Snooker Club which he visits on his trips to York.
The Olive Tree says they have a neurotic passion for freshness, specialising in organic ingredients, cutting out suppliers who do not share their values. They have a new Christmas menu which can be found on their website and are open for bookings.
