The Vices Hotel and its in-house restaurant the Allium on Alma Terrace off Fulford Road has closed due to what the founders have described as a significant change in personal circumstances.
A Michelin Listed York hotel and restaurant has recently announced its closure. The Vices hotel and its in-house restaurant the Allium on Alma Terrace off Fulford Road has closed due to a what the founders have described as a significant change in personal circumstances. The hotel had made the Michelin Guide in January this year with the help of Chef Luke Sanderston, less than a year after the it’s opening in 2022.
The last service in the Allium is due to take place on Saturday the 30th of September, after which the building itself will go back to being the founders private residence where they will host a select number of guests for occasional stays, as well as hosting private events.
