New drinking protection website available to York residents

A new website is available to York residents aged 18 years old and over to help them measure their drinking levels.

The website, Lower My Drinking, provides visitors with a short quiz with questions such as how many units of alcohol they drink.

The aim of the site is to help provide guidance around low risk drinking levels and tips on how to reduce the amount you drink.
