The council still must decide on an application to build new warehouse space on land near to the business park. Pavers has now submitted plans for a new eco friendly office space beside the existing office space which would also be refurbished. If both were approved, it would secure their operation continuing in York.
Pavers are a major employer in York and their future plans would create 130 more jobs at the business park plus 78 jobs in the city.
