A proposal has been submitted to the City of York Council to convert a home office in Penyghent Avenue, Tang Hall, into a nail bar. Marc Green, seeking a change of use for his daughter, stated that the adjacent garage was initially transformed into an office and later became vacant, being utilized as a nail bar.
The application assured that the nail bar operates on an appointment-only basis, serving a maximum of six clients per day on weekdays, fewer on Saturdays, with no clients on Sundays. The council is yet to make a decision on the application.
