York City of Sanctuary has explained that the UK is experiencing a new wave of refugees, who are fleeing from the eastern European country after President Putin escalated the conflict earlier this month.
However, many of the refugees who were housed with families in York six months ago now need to move on from their host families, leaving them with much uncertainty.
York City Sanctuary are hopeful that new hosts will come forward, especially landlords with multiple rooms.
