Residents have been evicted from their York home, following on from increasing reports of criminal behaviour.
Police officers and staff from City of York Council acted after hearing complaints from neighbours in the Stuart Road area of Acomb, dating back approximately one year.
North Yorkshire Police have explained that the reports they have received have involved the accused behaving in an anti-social manner and using drugs at the address that they have since been evicted from.
Police have given thanks to Stuart Road residents for their concerns.
