Need Support?
URGENT ISSUES
- for urgent issues where the station is off-air (or at immediate risk of going off air), please use the #tech-support channel on Slack and put "URGENT" at the start of your message.
NON-URGENT ISSUES
- fill out a support request form at jorvikradio.zohodesk.eu - you'll need to:
- sign up / sign in
- press to submit a ticket
- provide the details of what you need
- let us know whether it's:
- high priority (time critical)
- normal priority
- low priority
If there are any issues and you are unable to access either Slack or the Support Portal, email support@jorvikradio.com and a member of the team will help you get access.
