A new home development plan from the Joseph Rowntree Housing Trust will build 70 new homes in York.
These houses will be built on land currently occupied by D-Tail Oaktree Nursery, on Boroughbridge Road next to the Upper Poppleton roundabout.
65% of the homes have been proposed as affordable housing and as well as the properties being built, a new access road will also be constructed to houses.
