York Racial Equality Network’s (YREN) Open Forum and Annual General Meeting will be held live this year on Saturday 29th April. The theme for the Open Forum will be Hate Crime Reporting/Awareness as well as Trustee Recruitment.
York Racial Equality Network’s (YREN) Open Forum and Annual General Meeting will be held live this year on Saturday 29th April. The theme for the Open Forum will be Hate Crime Reporting/Awareness as well as Trustee Recruitment.
One of their main aims is to increase awareness of YREN and its activities in the City of York and its surroundings. YREN is very much a member led organisation and they believe it is vital to hear the challenges that are faced by its members to be able to support and make sure the minority ethnic communities are given a voice in York.
You need to register your interest by email (info@yren.co.uk) before Monday 17th April, so that they are able to place an order for Lunch.
YREN are also looking to recruit trustees to the board. If you want to nominate someone or yourself to the Board, you need to complete a nomination form and email back by Thursday 20th April. Please ensure that the person you are nominating has agreed to the nomination.
