Leeds Rhinos’ star Richie Myler has signed a shock deal with the York Knights. The 33-year-old arrives at the LNER Community Stadium on a one-year deal from the Super League side.
Myler has almost 400 career appearances to his name and over a decade of experience in the sport's top flight. Capable of playing either at full-back or in the halves, Myler scored six tries in 20 appearances for the Rhinos last season as they missed out on a spot in the Play-offs. Myler said that he was delighted to join the Knights and that he jumped at the opportunity to do so.
